USPS Releases Forever Stamps That Honor Military Dogs

The United States Postal Service has released its newest collection of Forever Stamps which honor the dogs who have served in the military. The 20-stamp booklet will highlight four breeds of "brave and loyal military working dogs" that have aided American troops on the battlefield throughout history.

Each four-stamp block in the book will feature one of the following breeds; German shepherd, Labrador retriever, Belgian Malinois, and Dutch shepherd. The background of each stamp will contain a white star on a red or blue background, while a gold star will sit in the middle of the block.

The stamps were designed by Greg Breeding and created by DKNG Studios.

You can purchase the new stamps online, at your local post officer or any other retailer that sells stamps. Each booklet of 20 stamps costs $11. Forever Stamps will always be equal in value to the current cost of a first-class stamp, regardless of how much the stamp cost when you purchased it.
